Sensor A sensor located on top of the instrument panel is used by the automatic climate control system to adjust the automatic operation of the system. Do not cover this sensor. 0 (Defrost): Press the front defrost button to defrost the windshield and side windows. The air conditioning compressor will automatically run to help dehumidify the air and dry the windshield. To turn defrost off, press the AUTO or MODE button. Rear Window Defogger The rear window defogger uses a warming grid to remove fog from the rear window.
