Product Information The screen below appears if you select Product Information from the main menu: The Product Information menu contains general data about the system, such as the product name, serial number, BIOS version, etc. These information is necessary for troubleshooting (maybe required when asking for technical support). The following table describes the parameters found in this menu: Parameter Product Name System S/N Main Board ID Main Board S/N System BIOS Version SMBIOS version Description Displays the model name of your system. Displays your system's serial number. Displays the main board's identification number. Displays your main board's serial number. Specifies the version of your BIOS utility. The System Management Interface (SM) BIOS allows you to check your system hardware components without actually opening your system. Hardware checking is done via software during start up.
