To determine what IP address has been assigned to the ASUS 802.11g AP, review the IP address on the "Status" page available on the "Main Menu". Select Yes (default) or No to get IP address automatically from a DHCP
server.

This parameter determines if the ASUS 802.11g AP sends out a DHCP
request during bootup. If you have a DHCP server on the network, set this
option so that the ASUS 802.11g AP can receive an automatic IP address
