Timing of replacing the light source When the Light indicator lights up red or a message appears suggesting it is time to replace the light source, please consult your dealer. The following light source warning displays will remind you to change the light source. Status Install a new light source for optimal performance. If the projector is normally run with Economic selected (See "Getting to know the light source hour" on page 49), you may continue to operate the projector until the next hour light source warning appears. Press ENTER to dismiss the message. Message Notice Order Replacement Light Source Light source>XXXX Hours Please contact your dealer for replacing new light source OK It is strongly recommended that you replace the light source at this age. The light source is a consumable item. The light source brightness diminishes with use. This is normal light source behavior. You can replace the light source whenever you notice that the brightness level has significantly diminished. Press ENTER to dismiss the message. Notice Replace Light Source Soon Light source>XXXX Hours Please contact your dealer for replacing new light source OK The light source MUST be replaced before the projector will operate normally.
