Push the release button, and gently pull the microphone assembly from the
connector socket.

On the right side, push the release button, and gently pull the terminator cover
from the connector socket.

On the left side, align the release button to the release button opening, and insert
the terminator cover into the base of the connector socket.
6.
Slide the terminator cover into the connector socket until the release button
is secure.
CAUTION: 
Do NOT force the terminator cover into the connector socket.
NOTE: 
If the terminator cover is not securely installed, there will be no audio
coming from that earbud.
