Installing the Software Installing Photoshop 5.0 LE ● You are required to enter the serial number during Photoshop 5.0 LE installation. The serial number is shown on the CD-ROM's label. 1 Load the Adobe Photoshop 5.0 LE CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive. \ The CD-ROM folder automatically opens. ● If the folder does not open automatically, double-click the CD-ROM icon on the desktop. 2 Double-click the [English] folder and then the [Adobe Photoshop 5.0 LE] folder to open. 3 Double-click the [Install Photoshop LE] to start. 4 Proceed with the installation as directed by the on-screen messages. ● For more information on the installation procedure, refer to the [Read Me] file inside the [English] folder on the Photoshop 5.0 LE CD-ROM. Specify at least 40 MB as the memory allocated to Photoshop 5.0 LE. For more information on how to allocate memory to an application, refer to the User's Manual for your computer. Please Register Your Camera! We recommend you take a moment to register your camera, in order to receive further product information. To proceed to the online User Registration page, simply click the [User Registration] button from the [EOS DIGITAL SOLUTION DISK]. If there is no response when you click the [User Registration] button, start your Internet browser program (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Communicator), then go to the [Html] folder on the SOLUTION DISK and open the [regist.html] file inside the [English] folder. 1-4

Installing Photoshop 5.0 LE

You are required to enter the serial number during Photoshop 5.0 LE installation. The serial
number is shown on the CD-ROM’s label.

Load the Adobe Photoshop 5.0 LE CD-ROM into the CD-ROM
drive.

The CD-ROM folder automatically opens.

If the folder does not open automatically, double-click the CD-ROM icon on the
desktop.

Double-click the [English] folder and then the [Adobe Photoshop
5.0 LE] folder to open.

Double-click the [Install Photoshop LE] to start.

Proceed with the installation as directed by the on-screen
messages.

For more information on the installation procedure, refer to the [Read Me] file inside
the [English] folder on the Photoshop 5.0 LE CD-ROM.
Specify at least 40 MB as the memory allocated to Photoshop 5.0 LE. For more
information on how to allocate memory to an application, refer to the User’s Manual for
your computer.

To proceed to the online User Registration page, simply click the [User Registration] button
from the [EOS DIGITAL SOLUTION DISK].
If there is no response when you click the [User Registration] button, start your Internet

the [Html] folder on the SOLUTION DISK and open the [regist.html] file inside the [English]
folder.
