You can directly change the restrict view area by dragging the pan/tilt preview frame. If you dragged the pan/tilt preview frame to the outer frame of the panorama area, the view restriction is disabled for each edge (there is no restriction). Note R13 R12 If [Camera] > [Camera Control] > [Auto Flip] (P. 109) is set to [Enable], sides of the pan/tilt preview frame that cannot be configured become gray and cannot be changed. For information on the relationship between Auto Flip and configuring the restricted view area, please refer to "Note" on P. 128. (2) Wide-Angle Preview Frame (Green Frame) Indicates the maximum wide-angle view possible within the pan/tilt preview frame. You can directly change the position of the frame by dragging the telephoto preview frame, but the aspect ratio cannot be changed. (3) Telephoto Preview Frame (Yellow Frame) Indicates the maximum telephoto view possible within the wide-angle preview frame. You can directly change the position of the frame by dragging the telephoto preview frame, but the aspect ratio cannot be changed. (4) Preview Frame (Blue Frame) Indicates the current position displayed in the video display area. Note • If the preview frame (blue frame) is positioned outside the pan/tilt preview frame (red frame) you have changed, the camera position is moved inside the restricted view. • If you change the position of the wide-angle/telephoto preview frame, the wide-angle/telephoto end of the preview frame is also changed. 3 Click [Apply]. The settings are saved to the camera. 129

Drag these frames on the panorama screen to set the restrict view area.

Pan/Tilt Preview Frame (Red Frame)
Displays the vertical and horizontal range the camera can move. You can directly change the restrict view
area by dragging the pan/tilt preview frame.
If you dragged the pan/tilt preview frame to the outer frame of the panorama area, the view restriction is
disabled for each edge (there is no restriction).
Note
If [Camera] > [Camera Control] > [Auto Flip] (P. 109) is set to [Enable], sides of the pan/tilt preview frame that cannot be
configured become gray and cannot be changed. For information on the relationship between Auto Flip and configuring

Wide-Angle Preview Frame (Green Frame)
Indicates the maximum wide-angle view possible within the pan/tilt preview frame. You can directly change
the position of the frame by dragging the telephoto preview frame, but the aspect ratio cannot be changed.

Telephoto Preview Frame (Yellow Frame)
Indicates the maximum telephoto view possible within the wide-angle preview frame. You can directly
change the position of the frame by dragging the telephoto preview frame, but the aspect ratio cannot be
changed.

Preview Frame (Blue Frame)
Indicates the current position displayed in the video display area.
Note
If the preview frame (blue frame) is positioned outside the pan/tilt preview frame (red frame) you have changed, the
camera position is moved inside the restricted view.
If you change the position of the wide-angle/telephoto preview frame, the wide-angle/telephoto end of the preview
frame is also changed.
The settings are saved to the camera.
