Instruct scanning to start from in the application.

Place the next page of the document face up in the document tray,
aligning the document’s top edge against the back of the document
tray.
The document is scanned.

Continue to place the document one page at a time.

To end scanning, press the [Stop] key.
The document tray will stay up as long as the Bypass Mode key is lit.
After scanning is complete, press the [Bypass Mode key] on the operation panel to
lower the document tray.
