Saving Label Data 1.Click the button. 2.On the menu that appears, click Save. This displays a dialog box for saving label data. 3.Click Save As. This displays the Save As dialog box. • Save: This button appears if this is the first time you are saving the label data. Clicking this button saves the data, assigning the title name as the file name. If the label data you are editing has already been saved, this button name changes to Overwrite. Clicking Overwrite replaces the existing data with the version you are editing on your PC screen. • Save as: This displays a dialog box for saving the label data under a different file name. • Cancel: This closes the dialog box without saving anything. 4.Specify the folder in Save in, and type a file name into File name. 5.Click Save to save the data. 33

Saving Label Data

Click the

Save:
