Designate the function and key by the method A or B, described on the page 20.** * If you enter "00", the default sheet level of the clerk is designated. ** If you designate function without entering the record No., the terminal checks the key table file. (1) No other key uses the record: Use the record. (2) Other key uses the record: Use the youngest vacant record. Designate the function and key by the method A or B, described on the page 20.
Note:
The function key allocated without designating record No. links to the function in the first
menu sheet.

Designate the function and key by the method A or B, described on the page 20.**
