Section 3 - Configuration DHCP Server The DNS-323 can be used as a DHCP Server. As a DHCP server, it can be used to serve IP addresses to other devices on your local network. However, this feature should not be enabled if you already have a DHCP server, such as a router on your local network. DHCP Server Click the Enabled or Disabled radio button to enable or disable the DNS-323 DHCP server. Starting IP Enter the starting IP address for the Address range of addresses assigned by the DHCP server. Ending IP Enter the ending IP address for the Address range of addresses assigned by the DHCP server. Lease Time Sets the duration of time that an IP address will remain assigned to a device.
