Protocol Purpose: To enable or disable each protocol. The change takes effect after the printer is turned off and then on. Values: LPD Enable* Disable Port9100 Enable* Disable WSD Enable* Disable SNMP UDP Enable* Disable E-Mail Alert Enable* Disable EWS Enable* Disable Bonjour (mDNS) Enable* Disable Enables the Line Printer Daemon (LPD) port. Disables the LPD port. Enables the Port9100 port. Disables the Port9100 port. Enables the Web Services on Devices (WSD) port. Disables the WSD port. Enables the UDP port. Disables the UDP port. Enables the E-mail Alert feature. Disables the E-mail Alert feature. Enables an access to Dell Printer Configuration Web Tool embedded in the printer. Disables an access to Dell Printer Configuration Web Tool embedded in the printer. Enables the Bonjour (mDNS). Disables the Bonjour (mDNS). IP Filter Purpose: To block data received from certain IP addresses through the wired or wireless network. You can set up to five IP addresses. The change takes effect after the printer is turned off and then on. Values: No. n/Address (n is 1-5.) No. n/Mask (n is 1-5.) No. n/Mode (n is 1-5.) Off* Accept Reject Sets the IP address for Filter n. Sets the address mask for Filter n. Disables the feature for Filter n. Accepts an access from the specified IP address. Rejects an access from the specified IP address. NOTE: This item is only available for LPD or Port9100. Reset LAN Purpose: To initialize network data stored in NVM (non-volatile memory).
