It is recommended that you note the BIOS settings before removing the
coin-cell battery.
Prerequisites
Remove the computer cover. See "Removing the Computer Cover" on page 12.
Procedure
1
Locate the battery socket (BT1). See "System-Board Components" on page 11.
2
Press the battery-release lever away from the coin-cell battery until the coin-cell
battery pops up.
3
Lift the coin-cell battery out of its socket.
