You create a folder on your network that contains the files you want to share. Then, anyone with access to that location on the network can open the files in DYMO Label software. The Sample Address Book remains in your Address Books folder, but unless you select the Sample Address Book as the current Address Book, you will not see the Sample Address Book again.
