FAQ Issue Why is wireless turned off on my LM Wireless PnP printer when connected to a computer's USB port? Why is my battery draining so quickly? Why is the print quality on my labels not very good when printing wirelessly? On a Mac, when several users are printing multiple label print job over the wireless connection, printed labels may be intermingled. Why doesn't my wireless printer show up in the Add Network Printer utility? Why can't I see my wireless configuration settings from the Advanced tab in the Configuration tool? FAQ Answer Because wireless connectivity drains the battery quickly, wireless capability it turned off while connected to your computer via USB. Disconnect the printer from your computer and connect the USB cable to the charging adapter once the printer has been configured to the wireless network. Wireless connectivity takes a lot of power. Connect the printer to the USB charging adapter when using it wirelessly. Print quality issues can occur when using the printer wirelessly without being plugged into the wall adapter.
