3. If you're using the optional BNC/VGA cable, connect the VGA connector to the projector's Computer port and plug the BNC connectors into your computer's monitor ports. 4. Optionally, you can connect an external monitor (see page 23), play sound through the projector (see page 24), or connect a USB cable to use the remote control as a mouse (see page 22). 5. When you've finished making any connections, see Chapter 2 for instructions on turning on the projector and adjusting the image. Once the projector is turned on, be sure to: ■ Enter the projector's Setting menu, then make sure Computer Input is set to Analog-RGB. See page 72. ■ After exiting the menu system, press the remote control's Comp1 button, or repeatedly press the Computer/DVI button on the projector's control panel to select the correct source (Computer (Analog-RGB) should appear on the screen). 18 Setting Up the Projector

Setting Up the Projector
