Instruments Flight EIS XPDR/Audio Nav/Com/ AFCS FMS Nav Hazard Avoidance LIGHTNING DETECTION SYSTEM (OPTIONAL) WARNING: Do not rely on information from the lightning detection system display as the sole basis for hazard weather avoidance. Range limitations and interference may cause the system to display inaccurate or incomplete information. Refer to the documentation from the lightning detection system manufacturer for detailed information about the system. NOTE: Lightning Detection System information cannot be displayed simultaneously with data link lightning weather products on the same map. NOTE: Refer to the documentation from the manufacturer of the on-board lightning detection system for detailed information about the system, its capabilities, and limitations. Viewing Stormscope Lightning on the Navigation Map Page: 1) From the Home Screen, touch Map > Map Settings. 2) Touch the Sensor Tab. 3) If necessary, scroll to display the Stormscope Lightning Button. 4) Touch the Stormscope Lightning Button to enable or disable Stormscope on the Navigation Map. A green annunciator indicates Stormscope is enabled. A gray annunciator indicates Stormscope is disabled.
