5 After you have selected the TV programs you want to record, highlight Burn DVD, then press the OK button. A message tells you that running additional programs while burning a DVD may cause the recording to fail. 6 If you have a number of programs running, close the programs, then click OK. The TV programs burn to the DVD. Tip: Recordable DVDs have a 4.7 GB maximum capacity. If the TV program you want to record is long enough to require more than 4.7 GB of recording space, you can reduce the Windows XP Media Center program recording quality setting before recording the program.
