When you reach the oldest record, the display shows END OF LIST. As you review call records, the display shows you the following information for each call: • The telephone number of the caller. • The numeric order of the call. • The name of the caller, if available in your service area. NOTE: If a name is received which exceeds 15 characters, the extra characters are displayed for 3 seconds. • Time and date the call was received. • NEW appears for all calls that have not been reviewed. NOTE: Check with your local phone company regarding name service availability. TRANSFERRING CID RECORDS TO MEMORY You may transfer a Caller ID record to your phone's memory. NOTE: It is important that you format CID records correctly before storing in memory. It is not possible to reformat CID records stored in memory. 1.
