Precaution when Freezing Food Before the hot foods are put into the refrigerator, first they should be cooled till their temperature has reached the room temperature. Divide the foods into small fractions, so it may be easier for the foods to be chill-cold storage completely, and then the quality of the foods during deepfreeze refrigeration and cooking can be checked. And each fraction of the foods should be not more than 2.5 kilograms. The foods should be in packages before they are frosted and the surface of their packages must remain dry, I case the packages of the foods to chill-cold stogie may freeze to be together. The package material of the foods should be not smelly, airproofed, of innocuity, non-polluted, in case the smells of the foods stored may be PL[HGDQGWKHQWKH quality of the foods stored may be lowed. When you store foods, you should indicate the deepfreeze refrigeration period of them in the package bag according to the storing time of different foods.
