Parts and Features BEFORE FIRST USE: Lift cover to remove ring assembly. Wash removable ring assembly in dishwasher or in hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry. Wipe top and bottom heating plates with a damp, soapy cloth. Remove soap with a damp cloth; dry thoroughly. Wipe or brush cooking plate with vegetable oil. This is only recommended before first use, but may be necessary afterwards.
