Removing the Display Inverter Board To remove the inverter board, follow these steps: 1. Disconnect all power from the computer and remove the AC Adapter and battery pack (Section 3.2). 2. Open the computer. 3. Remove the display bezel. Refer to "Removing and Replacing the Display Bezel" in this section. WARNING Ensure that the power cord is disconnected from the electrical outlet and that the battery pack is removed from the computer before beginning replacement procedures. Failure to disconnect power could result in serious injury or damage to the equipment CAUTION When servicing the computer, ensure that cables are placed in their proper location to avoid pinching during the reassembly process. Removing the Display Inverter Board
To remove the inverter board, follow these steps:
