The operation tag can be set to either "save" or "load." If set to "save" the display's configuration is written to a file named "Z31X_UserSettings.xml" on the root of the attached USB drive. If this file already exists on the drive, it is overwritten. Though this file is human-readable it is not designed to be manually edited and as a result the tag attributes are not documented. If an attribute has been changed to a value that is out of range, that attribute is skipped when being loaded into the display. If set to "load," the "Z31X_UserSettings.xml" file must be present on the inserted USB drive. It then loads the settings into the display, replacing all existing settings with the new settings.
