Fan, Disconnect the fan cable from the system board connector

▲ Pull straight up to disconnect the ambient sensor from the system board. To install the ambient sensor, reverse the removal procedure. Fan To remove the fan, use these procedures. Before removing the fan, follow these steps: 1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparation for disassembly on page 20). 2. Remove the access panel (see Access panel on page 20).
