Firmware improvements
Fabric OS version 3.1.1c includes the following firmware improvements:

These improvements have been added since the Fabric OS version 3.1.1
release.
In the HP StorageWorks SAN Switch 2/16, the LPSM_OPEN_INIT_RCVD
interrupt is enabled when appropriate to prevent the switch port from hanging
during port initialization.
Better allocation and de-allocation of resources for management sessions.
Filters are updated and synchronized to enable SAN servers to recover drives
when many drives power up at the same time.
Improved synchronization of telnet-shell interactions. (See
Table 2
on page 17
for details.)
Enhanced error recovery.
