Closed defect summary Solution Panic occurs with switch in Access Gateway Mode when N-Port to F- Fixed in Fabric OS 6.1.1c. Port trunking is enabled. Unexpected return code from Fast Write and Tape Pipelining Fixed in Fabric OS 6.1.1c. causes GE port traffic interrupt. When first upgrading a newly installed FOS v6.0.x director to FOS v6.1.x, there is a very small window that 8G-blades may fault. Fixed in Fabric OS 6.1.1c.
