If the connectivity unit is a switch, this is expected to be a Big Endian value of 24 bits. If this is loop, then it is the ALPA that is connected. If this is an E_port, then it contains only the domain ID. If not any of those, unknown or cascaded loop, return all bits set to 1. Note: ISL: Port ID of the remote port.
