MIB-II (RFC1213-MIB) Description The number of packets received by way of the interface that were discarded because of an unknown or unsupported protocol. ifOutOctets OID Description 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.16 The total number of octets transmitted out of the interface, including framing characters. ifOutUcastPkts OID Description 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.17 The total number of packets that were requested, by higher-level protocols, to be transmitted to a subnetwork-unicast address, including those that were discarded or not sent. ifOutNUcastPkts OID Description 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.18 The total number of packets that were requested, by higher-level protocols, to be transmitted to a non-unicast address (for example, a subnetwork-broadcast or subnetwork-multicast), including those that were discarded or not sent. ifOutDiscards OID Description 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.19 The number of outbound packets that were chosen to be discarded even though no errors had been detected to prevent their being transmitted.
