Troubleshooting Use the chart below as a guide to the indicator lights on the control panel. What's the problem? What does it mean? Agitator stall light (C) ON; See Manual light (A) ON; Power light blinking. Cleaner will not run. What to do Obstruction in agitator. A  Turn the cleaner OFF and unplug. Turn cleaner over.
