ENGLISH Symptoms Remedies/Causes • A longer readout time is required ("Reading" keeps flashing on the display). Do not use too many hierarchical levels and folders. • Tracks do not play back in the order you have intended them to play. The playback order is determined by the file name. Folder with numbers on the initial as their names are sorted in numerical order. However, folder with no numbers on the initial of their names are sorted according to the file system of the CD. MP3/WMA playback • The elapsed playing time is not correct. This sometimes occurs during playback. This is caused by how the tracks are recorded on the disc (eg. variable bit rate). • "Please Eject" appears on the display. Insert a disc that contains MP3/WMA tracks. • "No File" appears on the display. Selected folder is an empty folder*1. Select another folder that contains MP3/WMA tracks. • "Not Support" appears on the display Skip to the next track encoded in an appropriate format or to and track skips. the next non-copy-protected WMA track. • Correct characters are not displayed This unit can only display letters (capital: A - Z, small: a - z), (e.g. album name). numbers, and a limited number of symbols (see page 37). • Noise is generated. USB device • "No File" appears on the display. Check whether the selected folder, the connected USB device, or the iPod/iPhone contains a playable file. • "Read Failed" appears on the display. The connected USB device is not working properly. Connect the USB device again. • Tracks/folders are not played back in the order you have intended. The playback order is determined by the file name.
