7. By default the scanner will produce the color/grayscale image first and deliver it to the scanning application, then it will produce and deliver the black and white image. If you want the black and white image to be produced and delivered first: • make sure Black and White(1-bit) is selected • select Move up to place the black and white image first in the list. 8. Select Done to return to the Image Settings window. NOTE: You will notice that the Side option now has two entries: Both: Color (24 bit) and Both: Black and White (1bit). 9. Select Sides: Both: Color (24-bit). NOTE: Make any other adjustments to the color image settings on the rest of the tabs on the Image Settings window. 10. Select Sides: Both: Black and White (1-bit).
