Because you can check the print result before starting to print the remaining copies from the Control Panel, this function is useful for preventing printing of a large number of misprints. Tips This function is available when an optional Hard Disk is installed. How to print from the computer 1 In [Job Retention] of the [Basic] tab, select [Proof then Print]. 2 Specify the number of copies, then execute printing. Only one copy is printed. Continue to "Operations on this machine".
