13.5 Fax Glossary 13 13.5 Fax Glossary This section describes the general terms used in the fax communications. Explanations may be given of the terms of functions that are not included in this machine. When registering abbreviated addresses, you should also register the destination name and the search string, so that you can specify the destination using the search string to select. A function to adjust the shading of background color before sending the document. A function to send documents as one document at a specified time if the documents have the same transmission conditions such as destination, transmission time, memory transmission or resolution, and are stored in the same memory.
