6.5 Loading letterheads 6 6.5.2 When using bizhub C3850/bizhub C3350 Loading letterheads in portrait orientation Load letterheads in portrait orientation so that their top edges are set in the reverse direction of the paper feed port of the tray. ABC ABC Tips If you allow printing on both sides of letterhead paper in [Letterhead duplex print permission settings] on this machine, load the letterheads into the paper tray as shown below. - When you load letterheads into Tray1, set the side of the letterhead, on which the company name, preset text and other text are printed, face down. - When you load letterheads into Manual Feed Tray, set the side of the letterheads, on which the company name, preset text and other text are printed, face up. Related setting (for the administrator) If necessary, you can change the orientation to load letterheads in portrait orientation. To configure settings: [Utility] - [Administrator Settings] - [System Settings] - [Output Settings] - [Letterhead Direction] (Default: [Align Trail Edge]) Loading letterheads in landscape orientation Load letterheads in landscape orientation so that their top edges are at the back of the tray.
