11.5 Administrator Mode Overview 11 11.5.6 User Box When you are logged in to the administrator mode, you can handle a User Box without entering the password when opening it. Item Open User Box Create User Box Open System User Box Create System User Box Description Allows you to open the currently created User Box (Public, Group, or Personal User Box) and change the User Box setting. • Document operations cannot be performed in the Administrator mode. • Even if a password is set for a User Box, the User Box can be handled. Allows you to create new User Boxes. Allows you to open the System User Box (Bulletin Board, Relay, or Annotation User Box) and handle a document saved in the User Box or change the User Box setting. • The Bulletin Board and Relay User Boxes are available when the optional fax kit FK-502 is installed.
