Authentication " This page appears only if a hard disk kit HD-P03 or a CompactFlash card is installed. " This page doesn't appear when both User Authentication and Account Track are set to Off and Public Access is set to Restrict (in the Network - Authentication - User Authentication page). Default Permission Settings The System - Authentication - Default Permission Settings window allows you to configure the following items. Item Function Print Permission Apply button Clear button Description Select whether or not printing is permitted when public authentication is used.
