It is recommended that you receive free technical support from the Customer Support Center before requesting formal technical service. 1 Services not related to product malfunction or defect • Service requests due to user's inexperience with the product • Simple product adjustment not requiring disassembly of the product. Cleaning of the product inside to remove dust. Simple slot adjustment 2 Software reinstallation or Settings readjustment • Reinstallation of the operating system, installation of the bundle software provided by LG Electronics, installation of various device drivers, and adjustment of setting value • Service requests due to the installation or use of an operating system that is not provided by LG Electronics • Adjustment or upgrading of the BIOS settings due to the installation of a third-party software or hardware 3 Service requests due to third-party software or hardware • Malfunction due to a virus or malicious code • Malfunction due to external environment such as Internet or network • Third-party software installation request.
