Program Installation and Use Software 27 ENGLISH When the system is slow These problems occur from overuse of either the storage device (HDD, SSD, eMMC) or the memory. • Select and right-click a drive you want to clean up (C: or D:). Select the items to delete in [Properties] > [Disk Cleanup] and select [OK]. • Delete all icons not used in the desktop. • Run 5 programs or less in the task bar. When there are too many programs in the task bar, the system may become slow due to the workload. • Select the Start button [ ] > [All apps] > [Windows Tools] > [Defragment and Optimize Drives] > [Optimize] and optimize the drive. • If you installed Windows directly, use LG Update to install the Chipset Driver. If the Chipset Driver is not installed, the system may become slow. When the task bar has disappeared from the desktop 1 Press [Ctrl] + [Esc] and see if the task bar appears. If this does not work, restart the system and check it again. 2 When the taskbar appears, right-click and uncheck [Automatically hide the taskbar] in [Taskbar Settings] > [Taskbar behaviors].

When the system is slow
These problems occur from overuse of either the storage device (HDD, SSD, eMMC) or the memory.
•
Select and right-click a drive you want to clean up (C: or D:). Select the items to delete in
[Properties] > [Disk Cleanup] and select [OK].
