When the system does not boot When you cannot turn on the power or when the screen is blank • Check if the battery is charged sufficiently. • Check if the power cord or the battery is connected properly. • Disconnect the AC adaptor and battery and then reconnect them. • Press the power button for more than 4 seconds to turn the system off and restart the system. When Windows does not start normally • Refer to [Restoring the System] in LG Easy Guide to recover the system. When the booting speed is slow 1 Use the anti-virus software to check if your PC is infected with a virus. 2 Select the Start button [ ] > [All apps] > [Windows Tools] > [Defragment and Optimize Drives] > [Optimize] and optimize the drive. 3 If the booting speed does not improve, refer to [Restoring the System] in LG Easy Guide to recover the system.
