TIP Despite the methods below, problems may persist in some sites. For problems related to internet banking or shopping malls, contact the site's customer service center. For some websites (public institutions, financial websites, etc.) and applications that use ActiveX, we recommend that you install and use an ActiveX-enabled web browser separately. Windows 11 does not support Internet Explorer. Configuring Compatibility View Set Internet Explorer compatibilities in Microsoft Edge as follows. 1 Run [Microsoft Edge] and select the [ ] icon > [Settings]. 2 Select [Add] in the [Default Browser] > [Internet Explorer Mode Pages] item. 3 Enter the website address and select [Add]. 4 Visit the website and check if the problem is resolved.
