120 INFORMATION Problem Digital broadcasting is not available even though the cable is connected. The display is inactive or unclear when connected to an HDMI source. Does not work with a USB storage device. Solution yyCheck with the cable operator providing your subscription and/or signal. (Depending on your subscription, digital broadcasting may not be supported.) yyCheck the HDMI cable specifications. If your HDMI cable is not genuine, images may fade in and out or not be displayed properly. yyEnsure that all cables are securely connected. When connections are not secure, images may not be properly displayed. yyVerify that the USB device and cable is version 2.0 or higher. Sound yySMART → Settings → SUPPORT → Sound Test ⱞⳮ HOME First run a Sound Test to verify that the sound signal output is normal. If there is no problem with the test sound, check connected external devices and the broadcast signal. Problem Screen display is on but tⰶhᲳere is noㄮᗺsound. For?an analogue broadcast, stereo iẲsⱞn⩛ot clear or sound comes from one speaker only. TV sound is not in sync with the image or the sound breaks up occasionally. The volume changes when I change program. Solution yyCheck other TV programs. yyCheck if the audio output settings for the projector are configured correctly. yyIn a poor reception area (areas with weak or unstable signals) or if multi audio is not stable, select Mono on Multi Audio. yyAdjust the balance using the navigation button. yyIf the issue affects a specific TV program only, it may be caused by problems with the broadcast signal for the individual station. Check with the TV station or your cable operator. yyVolume can vary from program to program. yySet Auto Volume to On.
