30 Rental Playback, Zero Return Rental Playback This function improves the picture quality of worn videotapes. 1 Press MENU. Press PLAY/v or STOP/w to select USER'S SET UP. Zero Return Set the tape counter to zero at a location you want to reach later. 1 Play, rewind, or fast forward the tape to the location you would like to refer to later. Press STOP/w to stop the tape. 2 Press RESET to set the counter to 0:00:00. 3 To return to this point, press MENU. Press PLAY/v or STOP/w to select ZERO RETURN. Then, press F.FWD/B. The tape counter will appear on the screen. When the tape reaches the point at which you set the counter to zero, the tape will stop.
