Do not add products other than those specified directly to load. Dispense cartridge is empty. Fill dispense cartridge to the Max line with HE liquid detergent. Odors Fabric damage Not washing like colors together. Wash like colors together and remove promptly after the cycle is complete to avoid dye transfer. Hard water or not enough detergent used. Use more detergent for washing heavy soils in cold or hard water. Touch WATER HARDNESS (on some models) to change water hardness to "hard." Monthly maintenance not done as recommended. Run the Clean Washer with affresh® cycle monthly or every 30 wash cycles. See "Washer Care" in "Washer Maintenance." Unload washer as soon as cycle is complete.
