en Important Make sure that only one exhaust filter is inserted in the frame. 1. If you replace exhaust filter a with exhaust filter b or c, you must be sure to remove the filter frame before inserting the new filter type. The exhaust filter change indicator must also be activated (see fig. 12). 2. If you replace exhaust filter b or c with exhaust filter a, you must be sure to place the new filter in the filter frame * (see fig. 37). * Filter frame - see section on "Optional accessories" Service indicator with reset button (see fig. 40) (depending on model) The indicator light will come on after approx. 50 hours of operation, which is equivalent to one year of average use. Check if the motor protection filter and the exhaust filters need to be replaced as well. You will need to reset the indicator after replacing any of these components. To do this, the vacuum cleaner must be turned on. ^ Press the reset button. The service indicator will go out and be reset to its original position. The reset feature only works properly if the indicator light has already come on, but not if the reset button is pressed in between filter changes. Changing the batteries on the LED handle (see fig. 15 + 16) (depending on model) You will need three AAA (1.5V) batteries. a Loosen the screws on the cover. b Press down on both sides of the cover to remove. c Take out the battery holder and change the 3 batteries, making sure they are inserted correctly. d Replace the battery holder in the direction of the arrows on the holder and battery compartment, so that both line up. e Replace the cover and tighten the screws. Cleaning the floor roller of the floor brush AllTeQ (see fig. 41) (depending on model) a Release the roller pin using a coin. b Push and take out the roller axle. c Take out the roller. ^ Remove all threads, hair etc. and reinstall the roller and lock the roller pin. When to change the thread catcher of the standard floor brush (depending on model) The thread catcher on the standard floor brush can be replaced when the pile is worn out. 19
