Frequently asked questions Faults in the water intake or water drain Problem The Intake/Drain indicator light alternates between flashing and remaining steady. The dishwasher stops running. The Intake/Drain indicator light flashes. The time display shows fault FXX. Possible fault The water supply is closed. Solution Open the water supply all the way. Before fixing the fault: - Press the K button to turn the dishwasher off. Fault F12/F13: Water intake fault. - Open the water supply all the way. - Clean the screen in the water supply valve (see User maintenance instructions). - The water pressure at the water connection is less than 4.35 psi. Consult a plumber. Fault F11: - Clean the filter combination Water drainage fault. (see Cleaning and care). There might be water in - Clean the drain pump (see the wash cabinet. User maintenance instructions). - Clean the non-return valve (see User maintenance instructions). - Remove any kinks or high loops in the drain hose. 46
