Removing the runners, Lowering the upper heating element, Gently

Cleaning Removing the runners ^ Pull the runner out of the front fixing to release it. ^ Remove the runners by pulling them out of the rear of the oven. Reassemble in the reverse order, ensuring all parts are correctly in place. Lowering the upper heating element ^ First remove the runners. ^ Loosen the wing nut. ^ Gently lower the upper heating element. Do not use force to lower it, as this could cause damage. Removing the runners

Pull the runner out of the front fixing
