mobile PhoneTools - mobile PhoneTools features 4.2.2 Printing the logbook 1. From mobile PhoneTools main window, click the Menu button, select the Send option, then Logbook (or press F8). The Transmission Logbook window is displayed. or Click the Menu button, select the Receive option, then Logbook (or press F9). The Reception Logbook window is displayed. 2. Click Print... . 3. In the Print dialog box, select the desired print options, then click OK. 4.2.3 Clearing logbook entries 1. From mobile PhoneTools main window, click the Menu button, select the Send option, then Logbook (or press F8). The Transmission Logbook window is displayed. or Click the Menu button, select the Receive option, then Logbook (or press F9). The Reception Logbook window is displayed. 2. Click Clear/Archive... . 3. To delete all the transmissions that were not completed successfully, enable the Delete cancelled transmissions option, then click OK. or enable the Delete bad receptions option, then click OK. 4. To delete all the transmissions that are older than a specified number of days, enable the Delete... option and specify the desired number of days in the box ...records older than [n] days, then click OK. If you enter 10, all the transmissions that were performed more than ten days ago will be deleted. 4.2.4 Archiving logbook entries 1. From mobile PhoneTools main window, click the Menu button, select the Send option, then Logbook (or press F8). The Transmission Logbook window is displayed. or Click the Menu button, select the Receive option, then Logbook (or press F9). The Reception Logbook window is displayed. 2. Click Clear/Archive... . 3. To archive all the transmissions that are older than a specified number of days, enable the Archive... option and specify the desired number of days in the box ...records older than [n] days, then click OK. If you enter 10, all the transmissions that were performed more than ten days ago will be archived. 29
