Using Features While On a Call Using Call Waiting When you are on a call, an alert tone sounds to indicate that you have received a second call. Press 1 2 To Answer the new call Switch back to the first call Making a Three-Way Call During a call, you can call and connect a third party for a three-way call. You cannot do this if you already have a call on hold.
