A The ISO Sensitivity Menu ISO sensitivity can also be adjusted using the ISO sensitivity option in the shooting menu (0 253). A ISO Sensitivity Settings The settings available depend on the option selected for Custom Setting b1 (ISO sensitivity step value, 0 270). Custom Setting b1 (ISO sensitivity step value) ISO sensitivity settings available Lo 1, Lo 0.7, Lo 0.3, 200, 250, 320, 400, 1/3 step 500, 640, 800, 1000, 1250, 1600, 2000, 2500, 3200, Hi 0.3, Hi 0.7, Hi 1 1/2 step Lo 1, Lo 0.5, 200, 280, 400, 560, 800, 1100, 1600, 2200, 3200, Hi 0.5, Hi 1 1 step Lo 1, 200, 400, 800, 1600, 3200, Hi 1 * If possible, the current ISO sensitivity setting is maintained when the step S value is changed. If the current ISO sensitivity setting is not available at the new step value, ISO sensitivity will be rounded to the nearest available setting. A Hi 0.3-Hi 1 The settings Hi 0.3 through Hi 1 correspond to ISO sensitivities 0.3-1 EV over ISO 3200 (ISO 4000-6400 equivalent). Pictures taken at these settings are more likely to be subject to noise and color distortion. A Lo 0.3-Lo 1 The settings Lo 0.3 through Lo 1 correspond to ISO sensitivities 0.3- 1 EV below ISO 200 (ISO 160-100 equivalent). Use for larger apertures when lighting is bright. Contrast is slightly higher than normal; in most cases, ISO sensitivities of ISO 200 or above are recommended.
