HDMI G button ➜ B Setup menu The camera is equipped with an HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) connector, allowing pictures to be played back on high-definition televisions or monitors using a cable with a type C mini-pin connector (available separately from commercial suppliers). Before connecting the camera to high-definition device, choose the HDMI format from the options below. Option Description v Auto The camera automatically selects the appropriate format. J 480p (progressive) 640 × 480 (progressive) format K 576p (progressive) 720 × 576 (progressive) format L 720p (progressive) 1,280 × 720 (progressive) format M 1080i (interlaced) 1,920 × 1,080 (interlaced) format The camera monitor turns off automatically when an HDMI device is connected. Time Zone and Date G button ➜ B Setup menu Change time zones, set the camera clock, choose the date display order, and turn daylight saving time on or off. Option Description Time zone Choose a time zone. The camera clock is automatically set to the time in the new time zone. Date and time Set the camera clock (0 29). If the clock is not set, a blinking B icon will appear in the control panel. Date format Choose the order in which the day, month, and year are displayed. U Daylight saving time Turn daylight saving time on or off. The camera clock will automatically be advanced or set back one hour. The default setting is Off. 302
